ridge run
With Valerie. This one turned into an epic. We went up Winfield Peak and ran the ridge to get the 5 ranked 13ers (Virginia, West Virginia, Sheep Rock, Pt 13235, Pt 13253), but the wind was high -- higher than the forecast said. I had the dry-eye problem, worse than any other time except for Little Bear SW ridge and Rainier. So Valerie had to guide me down. It was taking forever. Once we hit trail, we ended up bivvying for about 3 hours so my eyes could recover.

Deep fall snow
With Virginia & "West Virginia" in deep fall snow.
Climbed Sheep Rock on a long ridge traverse with Winfield, Virginia, "West Virgina", PT 13235 and PT 13253. Descended Harrison Flat which has really nice views of the Three Apostles.

Sheep Rock Mountain
Saw Sheep Rock in July when I went to climb Granite Mountain. I found it very beautiful. Came back in August. It was a cloudy day but fortunately did not rain until late in the aftrenoon when I was out of the area. Had a great time.
