this is a great shot esp. the shine on the slab.
Thanks Radek! Now when are you and Shirley coming down this way so we get to meet you guys? Was chatting with Misha this weekend and he mentioned you guys might come down and climb something...
would like to meet you guys as well but many ideas but little time off :(
Hoping to get out there next time Alaska is running specials to Sacramento :)
like ice. Very nice picture.
Thank you Tonyo -- it was very strange. The slab had been dry most of the day and then, in the late afternoon, water just starting running down it all of a sudden. Snow melt, perhaps?
And sure very good , because he lookes like a spider on the wall!! no real knob and he is hanging there nice...
Thanks for your comments, Bijan! Yes, he does look a bit like a spider... sometimes he seems like he has 8 legs too. :)
And frictin climbing also . California granite the land of both. Some of the funnest friction and scariest friction routes I have done there. Can't help but love it and keep seeking them out. That is one good picture. Keep them coming
Thank you Jerry! It's true -- "the best of times and the worst of times." :) We keep torturing ourselves as well, ha!
Torturing or Having best of times in a weird way, okay worst of times at that moment during the climb. Once done and able to get past the hard stuff able to say WOW THAT WAS ONE BITCHIN CLIMB
Very true! LOL. :)
