Sir Henry of Glen Affric

Sir Henry of Glen Affric

This is Henry, our (already) much loved Golden Retriever aged 14 weeks and dropping hints that he wants to go for walk. His ancestors were bred in the wonderful valley of Glen Affric in the Highlands of Scotland around 150 years ago. He is already showing great promise as a mountaineer... Having myself just had a wonderful week exploring the Glen Affric area in winter I plan to take Henry back to his origins for his first holiday with us in the Autumn, when I am planning to return.

Re: Wouff!

He is sweet until about 7pm, when he resumes his other identity and becomes known as El Bito. We've got the scars to prove it.

Pooch of a picture ...

I would have named him "Bigfoot."

He could have flushed out a Sasquatch
along a remote section of trail.

Re: Pooch of a picture ...

Don't know about "Bigfoot" - isn't he/it supposed to be bipedal? Sir H is definitely 4WD. He does have big feet though and is eating anything and everything in his attempts to grow into them.

Re: Nice!

It was his eyes which determined his destiny in life... at 4 weeks of age he made eye contact with my wife - and the thunderbolt struck! He came home with us (4 weeks later)

Re: Nice!

I wish we ALL had eyes that could determine our
destiny in life. With my wife, it was my wallet.
