The eurois one of the best things about the EU, very practical when traveling. It is too bad that Denmark hasn't adopted it (yet).

Re: The euroThanks for your comment Ejnar - without doubt, from the traveller's perspective. As to economics, hard to tell - if I had to vote now, I'd be for adopting it (Poland hasn't either) but if I had more trust in my government, I might not. As far as I know, e.g. Sweden's been doing very well without the euro:-)
Cheers,
Jacek

I am ashamed...to admit that i haven't taken the train in at least twenty years. But, the chairs look very comphy on this one. But, there is something about the lady, and the way she is trying to look outside. Is she your wife Jacek?

Re: I am ashamed...This train is still a bit above the average here in terms of comfort, but there are some that look like the most modern ones in the West (of Europe:)).
The lady is my youngest:-) daughter Hanna (a Math student at university now)

Re: I am ashamed...She looks very intelligent, just like her father. There is a saying, "Apple doesn't fall far from the tree."

The views from thistrain must be "out of this world."
Actually, my great grandmother on my mother's
side was born in Czechoslovakia.
But, in my case, the enigmatic "apple" has
fallen a LONG ways from the tree, because I
most certainly did not inherit my great
grandmother's GOOD LOOKS !!!
Larry : )))))
