...came together here to make what is to me a wonderfully graceful piece of McDonald Peak. Taken during our descent, at this point not all that far from the summit.

Hey Vernon;

It looks like somebody groomed that upper slope! That would be great skiing!

Thanks for the good write up, and photo's. I lived in Whitefish for eight years, and bagged many peaks. Some in the Missions. Brings back old memories.
