Snow Valley sports one of the best views of Lake Tahoe and makes for an excellent winter snowshoe trip. This picture was taken on the west slope about 500ft below the summit. The more popular cross country ski route that is seen below the foreground ridge leads to Marlette Lake. February 28, 2004
