Early morning.Beautiful shadows on the galcier and light on that N ridge of Snowpatch. Did you spend the night up there or just get an early start?

we started hiking from abbleby (applebea?) dome at about 3:30 and made the col by ~5 am. from there the scrambling went pretty fast up the class 3 section to the spot of the photo. man i loved the bugs.
