Sonoma Peak (NV) summit

Ken Jones checks out the summit area in this non hero shot. A glass jar containing the summit register is to be found in the rock cairn. The wooden tripod structure laying on its side was once used in helping to determine the peaks location by the USGS. A witness benchmark was located just to the right of where I took this picture from. 10-21-11
