Ya, Camp Williams now has homes on 3 sides of the base yet they still use tanks and helicopters to test artillery. Twice a year they are doing something so loud the concussions shake my home every 20 minutes....and I live in Draper! The first time I heard it, I thought a violent thunder storm was coming.
