Quick!  Sucess!

Nice breeze and no bugs today for a quickie trot up the south face of Lembert. Had the summit to myself for nearly an hour but the hordes of bodies down below were horrific. Fun slab in approach shoes!

2X  Sucess!

September 12th, 2010 - Climbed NW Books - Descended S Slopes - A nice easy trad lead, and it was nice to see that I remembered where this descend route went!

July 30th, 2004 - Ascended South Slope - descended North Cleft - I climbed this route on my way to the 2004 Sierra Challenge. Besides being a fun scramble and leg-stretcher, the summit provided great views of Mts Lyell and Maclure, our objective in 2 days. The descent down the north side was more interesting, but the loose rock also made it a little more dangerous.
