the all-encompassing view from the refuge on the plan neve glacier. a good spot for routefinding and reconnaissance. from left to right are: la haute cime (high summit), les doigts (fingers), la dent jaune (yellow tooth), l'eperon, la cathedrale, la forteresse, and la cime de l'est (east summit).
