Southwest Ridge
Martin, ascending the southwest ridge of Silvertip Mountain, at approximately 5400' elevation. This is where the forests on the ridgetop tended to thin-out and open-up. Views of Mount Rideout and Silvertip Mountain will soon be seen, near where Martin is standing in this photo.
