Yesterday, on a remote western Utah desert peak, Conger Peak, another "splattski"
pic was taken on the summit. SP member Greg
and myself were the participants and you can tell by our smiles that we not only enjoyed getting this rarely visited and remote summit (only two other register entries in 5 years), we were enjoying the aspect of taking a "splattski" style pic. Steve, what have you started?
Oh yes, the orange hats
were our "protection" against the opening day of rifle hunting season in Utah. We passed a few hunters on the way into the peak but saw none in the area we went into.
