The hills themselves in being in such close proximity to Montreal offer the occasion to discover a relatively untouched wilderness without having to go to the moon ! The hills whose summits in towering approximately 1500 feet above the surrounding plain also offer sensational summit views.

I have personally visited Yamaska (the one in the background on the image) and St Hilaire (the hill from which this picture was taken) each of which offer breathtaking moments of discovery. The hill in the foreground which is Rougemont (which I have never visited) is deemed as equally enjoying to visit.
