Stalagmite
Mammoth Cave doesn't have a lot of water dripping from the ceiling, so it doesn't have many stalactites or stalagmites. Obviously this stalagmite (and the small stalactite behind) is an exception.
The cave is mostly characterized by tunnels carved by streams and rivers running through channels, not dripping from ceilings.
