I feel pretty good - I am climbing 5.8's and working on 5.9's. That is near my prior (pre bc & hip injury) levels, so I am happy! I am also hiking a lot. By the way , I liked your album - Rambling up in the Green-especially the picture with the cows. We went for a quick hike in the Moore Creek Preserve this past weekend and had to cede the trail to the cows...
