Re: Cruisin' The HawkDuring this ascent we did the Native Son variation at the top. I have done the upper pitches of Iron Hawk on an previous ascent of the Atlantic Ocean Wall. I remember those pitches being heads up, but fabulous climbing anyway. But then any climbing on El Cap is fabulous! Thanks for the comments.

Re: Yeah - cool shot! Thanks for the comment. What an impressive list of climbing you have done. I would like to climb in the Pacific northwest more. You guys have alot going on up there. I have done Rannier a couple of times and climbed at Squamish a bunch, but haven't touched as much as I would like up there.

Re: Yeah - cool shot!bigwallt,
"What an impressive list of climbing you have done" thanks but not that many quite yet. Looking at your photos, seems you've done quite a few hard core climbs (Logan for one!!). You should post more photos if you got 'em.
Next time you're up in PNW, consider checking out some climbs on non-volcanic peaks. Mt. Stuart area has some real nice granite (and many classic lines).
Cheers.
