Sublime Setting

The Indian Peaks shimmer in brilliant late-summer sun. Photo taken from the summit of Allgonquin, a seldom visited summit just south of Sawtooth. Along the Front Range of the Rockies, remote spots like this are becoming few and far between. Like many of my trips, I shared this moment with only the sun, snow and tundra, and no one else.
