Summit Rock Outcrop
Approaching the massive rock outcrop on which the true summit of Lynx Mountain is located.
An old, faint, abandoned path can be found on the right (east) side of this massive outcrop area. The path used to lead to the true summit, where a steel lookout tower was used from 1938 until abandoned during 1952, and later torn down.
