I don't know why this photo "insists"on loading 90 degrees off. Thankfully it corrects as it is "clicked"

You're not the first who gets confused when a picture doesn't appear the way you expected. The article Help! Or... Why Is My Picture Turned Sideways? explains what's happening and how to deal with it.
