The Trashcan Rock of the Valley. My partner had never climbed Yosemite jam cracks before, so we ran lots and lots and lots and lots of laps here to get him well-versed on Valley style of climbing. Well, at least the normal, not flared and spooky stuff...yet! Also a really fun place to solo, woohoo

Pleasent temps and nice colors made for a great day a the slab.

Swan Slab Chimney (5.5) - awkward.
Oak Tree Flake (5.6) Fun.
Swan Slab Gully (5.6) Pretty polished in spot lower down other wise fun.

Also found a fun bouldering traverse that goes from TBA to TBA, starting in an off-width crack, then a finger crack, then a long horizontal seam/crack.

First lead in the Valley! lead all three pitches. Also climbed Oak Tree Flake and Oak Tree Crack.
