Climbing the East face on a warm day in mid may. Pic taken from the apex at dawn. The route was too warm to complete but we did get to ski from the saddle just below the summit and visible in the center of the pic. 5-16-06

Fuck yea!

That is sick man. I climbed teewinot in similar conditions, except it was even warmer and we could hear large slides going off on the other side of the face. It was a pretty spooky climb. I would have loved to have had ski's for the descent instead of having to bootpack my way down from just below the summit block. I really want to ski the tetons.
