did this with three girlfriends. amazing day in an amazing place. so glad we had a good route description as none of us had done the route before. 13.5 hrs car to car. no major injuries.

Outstanding!
A fantastic trip down after taking the shuttle up to Sunrise, absolutely my favorite route to date in Yosemite. Perfect weather, conditions, everything... and did not see a soul the entire day until reaching Mirror Lake. Will definitely be doing a repeat of this one.

A great trip with a large group! Mandatory swim (or waist-deep wade) below LeConte boulder, found a hornet nest atop the boulder near the rap anchor. This is a beautiful and challenging hike, a must-do and worth repeating.

From Olmstead Point to Curry Village with Paul and friends, late September or October of 2002. Repeated from Tenaya Lake with the meetup, October 3, 2009.
My brother and I have made numerous trips into Tenaya Canyon. The Inner Gorge is fantastic and Tenaya Creek has some great swimming holes once you pass Hidden Falls.

great canyon descentTook me and John about 11 hours so we missed our bus. Got rained at pretty heavy luckily just when we got out of the Gorge.
