Pasochoa from the Secret Garden
I hiked up Pasochoa with a group of backpackers and volunteers from the Secret Garden Cotopaxi. It is a long hike (>15 km, almost 780 m elevation gain) that took us 5:30 hours total, but it is neither dangerous nor particularly hard at any point. It is also a loop, so it doesn't get boring on the way back.
By the way, you should absolutely stay at Secret Garden Cotopaxi when visiting Ecuador. It is probably the coolest hostel ever.
