Hiking Inside the Box
From lower trailhead, went in two miles, and back out on a crystalline day. Water was higher due to heavy snow year. . Very beautiful mix of rock and trees.

Been in from bottom and top several times throughout the years. Love this place, especially when it's early in the season and there are zero cars at either trailhead (happens often). A great place for a leisurely stroll.

Fun
Got dropped off at the Lower Box and hiked up to Blue Spruce Campground to meet my waiting family. Had the canyon to myself. Patches of clouds and a nice breeze kept me cool. Pine Creek is cold and clear. Watch out for snakes! The views looking upstream seem to be the best.
