Rarely summited peak!

Great photo. I believe Frozen Mountain is summited via its west slopes, using the same access road(s) as Mount Index.

Frozen Mountain has four distinctive summit/false summit "fingers"... Where are the other three, from this vantage point?

That's because this isn't a photo of Frozen Mountain. I believe this to be Pt. 4880+, which actually turns out to be a 280Pmean summit JKirk missed that I need to inform him of.
