Very good insight. Yeah, they were building all over the place. I'd hate to think how much those homes sell for. Probably in the 500,000 to 1,000,000 dollar arena (view sites). Of course, that may be low. How does anyone afford to live in California anymore?

Here's a view of the Hill from the road up. I'm sure this all solid homes now since this pic was taken a year and a half ago.
