Actually, I sorta recognized this from the memory map in my head, even though we were in thick soup all the way up from Coney Lake, whiteout conditions so bad that I almost stepped off the edge along about where this photo was taken. We were able to negotiate the cornices around the trees ahead, and even though it was just last Saturday that we were up there, I'm guessing there was at least as much snow as there was at the time of the photo. Great shot!
