Climbed this with Louis Reichardt. Learned that Lou had become engaged with Kathy Licking on this trip to Yosemite.
not that interesting. Wish it was steeper!
Did it after The Grack, Center.
We had Glacier Point all to ourselves!
climbed this with Evan (he and I were both the "walking wounded", my back and his knee have been injured), I lead P1 he lead P2. Very fun climbing, don't miss out on the easy but awesome Chouinard Crack as well. Definitely one of those cracks you wish went on for 3,000 feet...
Climbed with Aaron, took my first leader fall on the P2 roof. The fall was pathetic but a great classic climb! A must do.
Just another day in the Valley!
Fantastic second pitch. Followed rhyang.
Climbed with Justin. Offset nuts and offset master cams came in handy. Beautiful day !
October 2006 - climbed with Craig and Carolyn (Craig led both pitches). Fun !
Afterwards, TR'd the 5.10b to the climber's left - a licheny friction-fest :)
Followed the first pitch on 24-Sept and led the 5.7 pitch of Chouinard Crack with Marie.
Led the route with the rope tied in a hangman's noose around my neck. Ha! I free-soloed so much back then I guess it was a statement about roped climbing.
I've done this a few times over the years, including my first trip back in 1980. A great intro to Valley trad 5.8.
I've done this climb several times starting back in the early 1980's. Great fun!!
I followed both pitches. The start on the first pitch with fingers in pin scars is kind of scary. The 2nd pitch is lots of fun.
A fun climb on the Apron.
June 1992. Delightful route! Did Chouinard Crack also.

Seems so long ago, but yes I lead this route and remember enjoying the gear placement more than the view.
