The Herdsmen of Etive

The Herdsmen of Etive

More popularly seen from Glencoe, this viewpoint from Glen Etive shows the graceful curves between the Buachaille Etive Beag (Small Herdsman of Etive) and the Buachaille Etive Mor (Big Herdsman of Etive) and was the view that lead to their naming. The peak on the left is Stob Dubh (Black Peak) on Buachaille Etive Beag and the one to the right is Stob na Broige (Peak of the Boot) on Buachaille Etive Mor. 31/05/09.

great place

Great, sunny weather across Britain and Ireland that weekend and next days, really enjoyable hot summer... unfortunately today it's all gone !

Greetings from wet, wet, wet Dublin

Re: great place

Weather was tremendous last weekend Tomek. Not as great this weekend, although Scotland seems to be missing the worst of it so far.
Cheers,
