The initial register ...
...for the Grays COHP was placed by the prolific cohp'er, Bob Packard. John Roper was the first to do all the Washington counties back in 1994 but Bob was the first to leave a register on a spot that he felt was the HP. See this pic of Klenke's for an idea of where this register is located.
