Confused -

Miguel, I'm starting to think that I wasn't in the north couloir afterall. Our pictures don't look the same, how could so many trees appear in one year, can you please identify the couloir furthest left in my picture? And which one is the Northern?

Deb, I agree. You were not in the North Couloir of Mt. Mary Austin. I studied your picture and my feeling is that the picture you took is lower in elevation from the one I took. There are no trees to the climber's left and right on the North Couloir. Tree-line in that area stops around 10,200 ft. I remembered seeing several chutes to my left before reaching the 10,000-ft camp area (Summit Meadow area on the topo map). The couloir furthest left in your picture is probably one of those several chutes below 10,000 ft.
