US 50 is also known as the "Pony Express" highway and near Schellbourne rest area north of Ely, I found this neat metal sculpture that symbolizes the riders as they rode through this desolate part of the USA.

How did the cowboy ride into town on Sunday and sleep there for 3 days and come home on Sunday?

Because his horse was named Sunday!
