Yes, and with that view too! All kinds of plants seem to thrive in the Dolomites. I guess it may be the magnesium in the rocks.

Walking on that Green

Ejnar...Beautiful place! I would LOVE to walk barefoot on the very green lush grass. How very lovely this place must be!

Thank you for the very perceptive comment. This is indeed one of our favourite places in the Dolomites, and the grass is exactly like you imagine.

The grass in the Dolomites seems particularly green, maybe because of the magnesium in dolomite, necessary for the formation of chlorophyll. There are also many flowers you don't see much elsewhere.
