Very nice photograph!

Do you know the names of these peaks? And...can you give some info on the "Old Lolo Peak Trail"--its route up the peak, where it originates?

I believe the prominent peak near the center is Bass Peak (8855 feet). The abandoned "Old Lolo Peak Trail" follows Lantern Ridge, which can be accessed from Mill Creek or the South Fork Lolo Creek trailheads. Since I have never actually summited by this route I have no more information for now.
