After a VERY long drive, I found a great spot to hike up to the top of Indian Peak (el. 9790) from. Imagine my surprise when I finally got to the top to find not only this big cairn, sign and mailbox, but a fenceline that divided the top of the peak in two. Indian Peak is #23 on the Utah top 100 prominence list and a worthy peak in all ways but a fence that divides a mountain? That was unusual. You can see the barb wire in this pic (facing west).
