Which way..did you guys go above the notch? Did you take the Cat Walk, or go towards the West Ridge?

Re: Which way..we veered towards the left - to the west ridge. I am going to try some variation on Casaval some time in April - maybe we can hook up if you are interested. I did the guided trip because I wanted to learn a few things about protection, knots etc. and it was generally good for that. But I can do the climbing part without being ropeed up with a bunch of people I don't really know...

Re: Which way..I may be able to go the last weekend of April or some time in May. Let's hope we'll get more snow. I also would like to do Green Butte/Sargant's. Let me know if you're interested.
