The Taipo River

My route description says to look for a spot to cross, somewhere around here. Eh ... I think not, I don't fancy drowning! I'll opt for the alternative route, which involves an interesting cableway.

Getting halfway across is easy. Just get in the box and gravity does it all. But to actually get across, you have to pull, and as you get closer to the other side, it gets steeper. Hard to imagine perhaps, but I had heard that people had actually got stuck there - which, I presume, is why my route description advises on crossing the river somewhere upstream in the first place!
