Localised at the N from the Angour (3616), the Tizi n'tbir pass (3310 )give you the opportuneness to descend 3 coombs/corridors and also to reach the Angour top.

The both first corridor are oriented NW from the pass, the one at the left is 600 m long, level PD. The second one at the right from the first one, also oriented NW is 600 m long, level AD, white a very tight passage.
The last one, oriented N, 700 m long, level PD+, bring you to the foot of the djebel ouhattar ( 3246 m).

Getting There

From l'Oukameiden, follow the route in direction of the lift departure and continue in the south following the river 'assif Ait irene'. On your left hand, at the N foot from Angour, you will see the long and thight coomb to the tizi n'tbir pass.

Route Description

From the foot, the way is direct to the pass. The end is S3/S4. After reaching the top, climb at your N the small summit in front of you. From there as said before, three possibilities :

. at your right, N, the djebel n'ouhattar coomb
. at your left, NNW, the first corridor ( AD ) that we will call
'the foggy one'
. at your left, NW, the second one that we will call the 'the

To descend the foggy one, from the top follow the crete in the W direction, the corridor is at your right. The beginning is full with rock's, then it go through two walls and it become very tight. Coing out from it, the corridor become a large coomb which will bring you to the river near the azib ( small house for animals).

The best period to practice is marsch and april. Be carefull to the fog which is coming very often in teh afternoon. When the snow is frozen, the rope is necessary, especialy in the thighten passage
