The View Southwest from Fenn Mt.

The View Southwest from Fenn Mt.

Looking down the southwest ridge of Fenn Mountain from its summit. The high point is unnamed peak 7,623. Filling the cirque below that point are the westernmost of the South Three Link Lakes and its large satelite pond, both of which are still largely ice covered in August. The middle South Three Links Lake is visible in the lower cirque to the left. Jesse Pass is above and to the right of the upper lake. Gedney Mountain is at the upper right and the large canyon beyond is the Selway River. August 2008

Re: This is a great...

Thank you. Since I'm a lousy photographer, my method is to take a ton of pictures, then a small handful work out by chance.

Re: Nice

Thanks. Getting up Fenn isn't too difficult, but its not the easiest mountain to get into.
