Re: Isn't this...One of my favourite areas for many years...especially when there's nobody and you're not aware of distances there, you feel like trapped and so free at the same time and that silence, you just get crazy :)
I hope they left for good the idea of rebuilding the hut on Biele Pleso...the more stupid one to that one was building new hut on Polana pod Vysokou, unbelievable bollocks...

Re: Isn't this...As I remember it was something like Chata Vortruby in Bielych Plies valley, it burnt down somewhere in 70's or 80's... you can still find some remnants of it on the trail junction at Biele Pleso.

My turn, could you, as I asked, describe how did you enbedd your map in the Carpathian page ? I wanted to add it before the article goes on the front page, but it's never too late :)
