Thanks for the stoke!
Congratulations-- sounds and looks awesome!
thanks for posting up.
Way rad, thanks for posting this one.
A truly driven, ridden, climbed, solo adventure. One for National Geographic I reckon. It's great doing sfuff by yourself, you really get close to the "you" inside.
Thanks Ray! You have a great attitude, and understand the 'solo' folly. As for National Geographic, maybe not with a six-ounce camera.
Thanks! Actually, a beautiful ice-fairy came to see me during a whiteout. Her big wings were a little awkward in the tent, and her skin was chilly, but she warmed up just fine when... until... crash! Those darn falling rocks woke me up!
Wow, wow, wow. What an AWESOME trip report. I vote 11/10 for this! Thanks for sharing.
Love stuff like this! Congrats on sticking it out and getting home safely. I'll be sharing this with a few of my buddies as inspiration.
Slow, heavy, safely will take one far. Feels great to share the inspiration!
done in minimalist style.
Well done trip and congrats on summiting an elusive mountain.
Thanks Bill for your help last year, and your encouragement on Oct 16th to get this TR out. Love your 'A Few Words', great attitude. Got a feeling we'll meet up.
Let me know if you get down to Calgary and have some time - we can grab a beer or maybe do a climb or scramble.
Hey Chris. Looks like you had a great solo climb and the TR was fantastic. Keep up the good work and look forward to reading about your next adventure.
Hey Brad, it was my most intense one ever and a close call! Not like Stefan on Aconcagua. I won't visit him in mountaineers' heaven just yet.
Really great TR, should be featured. Congrats, for making the top and for the exceptional report! Of course my other half won't be so happy about your report, it's given me a real lust to start soloing.
Thanks! Looks like you're near a wonderland in the alps. A balance of soloing and sharing is the best. Make sure you got a PLB or satt phone when soloing of coarse, and take your time, you'll love it.
for perspective I think this is the first solo of this mountain and probably the 10th to 15th person to climb the mountain.
If you like this report check out his report on previous attempts Sir Alexander
And SP has been a revelation. Fantastic way to share and network!
That is an inspirational trip, thank you so much for sharing it. Bike, paddle, hike, climb - a fully human-powered journey.
