This is Pt. 8725 east of...

This is Pt. 8725 east of Gardner Mountain as seen from somewhere close to the true summit. I actually climbed GM the day before on the way over to N. Gardner but got the sense I had missed the true summit in the whiteout. So, with two others who were in the area joining me, I headed up there again but again clouds obscured the summit. We first headed over to Pt. 8725 but, getting cliffed out, backtracked to eventually find the true summit complete with geodetic marker. I had indeed missed the summit the day before. Phew! That was a close one! July 4th weekend, 1998.
