This is the view of Mount Robson from the alpine meadow leading up to Snowbird Pass. This is looking roughly west. Taken August 1, 2004. What amazing weather it was!

unusual viewpoint...

of a famous mountain; nice colours, good composition. Great picture!

Thanks-- i think the fireweed definitely makes the picture. (well, ok, i guess the mountain adds a bit to it too eh?) happy climbing.

Beautiful

The wildflowers are a really nice touch. However, the yellow name and copyright information is somewhat distracting.

Looking at so much in the photo I didn't even notice the yellow print. Also, don't know what the flowers are but fireweed not!
