This was my first time aid...

This was my first time aid climbing. I've placed protection before a few times in a mock lead.
This was the first time I had placed and *commited* to the placements. Even though still on top rope (allbeit loose top rope), you can see I'm not a small guy (6ft 5in, approx 250lbs) which made me a bit nervous on the placements. Not one of my placements blew out on me (even after some SERIOUS bounce testing). *Woohoo*
It was a thrill, again facilitated by Frank at Devils Tower Lodge.
