Being so low in elevation, how early in the season is this tower usually free of snow/ice? A daughter might like to climb there about April 1, would it still be winter conditions then?

in winter beginning it's easier there are good conditions here...in spring sometimes Torre d'Emmele is climbable also in early april, i don't exclude it, but the conditions are not always the same in all years.
