Trail to Russell

Lower Boy Scout Lake is blocked by the big boulder in the foreground. I took this picture just before I crossed Lone Pine Creek and continued to the left of the lake. The trail cuts over the rock fall hill to the left of the picture and continues through the lower part where is the vegetation. In the background there are, from the left, Mt Whitney, Keeler Needle and Mt Muir.
