I looked up "Gracchio", it is a chough. These birds are common at high altitude in the Himalaya, and presumably could be tempted with a nice Italian sandwich there as well.

Nice shotI certainly don't agree with the ethic (feeding once wild animals), but the photo is fantastic! The light is great.
