Nice fall day, dry, breezy, easy. Made sure 2 deer escaped fat hunters.
Started with Tweto and ended on Repeater.
together with Mosquito, Kuss, and London. Duchess did great!
Together with some others 13ers in the range, great company, great mountains, great scenery and great weather.
Hiked a loop starting on Mosquito Pass road. Peaks included Tweto, Arkansas, Treasurevault, and Mosquito.
Still lots of snow. Mosquito Pass Rd was snowed in from South London Mine turnoff. Did this with Mosquito Pk and Repeater Pk.
Great holidays that I spent in the mountains. First day, I hiked Jacque Peak and Pennsylvania Mountain. It was very smoky that day, first glimpse on the fire season. View of Tenmiles are great. Second day I hiked Tweto, Mosquito, Treasurevault, Repeater, Evans B and London. Great and long trip.
Combined with Tweto, Mosquito & Repeater
in my Mosquito range traverse (Started at Horseshoe Peak via Leavick)
with Brian, Jon, and Aaron (and Okie). I was incredibly slow, but got this plus Tweto, Mosquito, and Repeater.
Not much to say about this hike, the 3 peaks took a few hours flat and I enjoyed the hiking.
London, Repeater, Mosquito, Treasurevault, Point 13 something and Tweto.
This little bump is a piece of cake in summer, but it was a different story in stiff winds! Combined it with London, Repeater, and Mosquito.
12/12/09 - Hiked London Mountain, "Repeater Peak", Mosquito Peak and Treasurevault Mountain in lots of wind. Started near the London Mine.
3/15/15 - Started hiking at the winter closure near Paris Mill on the Kite Lake road. Lovelend -> Buckskin -> Tweto -> Treasurevault -> Mosquito -> Kuss -> London. Ended at Mosquito Pass winter closure (car shuttle). Scorching hot winter day.
Traverse from Climax Mine across 5 peaks to Mosquito Pass and down to a second vehicle. Fun day.
Wow, it sure felt like winter this day. The winds were cold, but amazingly we did not get snowed on. Autumn colors all around. This was the last peak of the day. Partners: Deb & Eric.
summited on the same day as Mosquito
Dog and I. Fun trip, bit windy and cool, but did not see one person, the solitude was great!!
Didnt realize Treasure Vault had its own page. Climbed with Mosquito Peak back in Oct 2006. Fun day.
