complete pemi loop with Zealand
Good climbing friend dave and I completed the pemi loop hiking over 38 miles climbing 14 different summits in under 22 hrs. We even made a swing onto Zealand Mt to get em all taken care of. Conditions were wet at lower elevation with snow up high along with patchy ice between the rocks.. Traverse Franconia ridge at night through 60 mph winds and driving snow. That was intense..The mountains were great for the most part ,but much of the hike was in the trees. For every 10 minutes of exposure we had to hike an hour enclosed in brush...JW

A little B-Day hike for me. 3rd time on Falling Waters trail. Really enjoy it Fall and Winter.
Fast hiked a sweet traverse from mt. Flume over to Mt. Garfield. Would like to do some mountain running next time I'm in the area: the ridges are perfect for it!

Went from Thirteen Falls to South Twin along Bond Cliff, would definitely recommend and do it again.
